This racist and deeply colonial attitude among most EU leaders partly explains their hypocrisy and utter failure to fulfill their obligation under international law, and even the Genocide Convention, to end complicity in atrocity crimes.

They too are responsible for enabling apartheid Israel, with its US partner in crime, to push humanity towards a might-makes-right era.

European colonial powers have armed, funded and shielded from accountability Israel’s genocide and its decades-old regime of settler-colonial apartheid against Indigenous Palestinians.

The EU has justified and whitewashed the genocide and has helped undermine the credibility and authority of the UN, the ICJ and the ICC.

Let’s escalate BDS pressure to end all this complicity while building the broadest possible intersectional coalitions to save humanity from this race to the bottom.
