@dave_cochran I freaking LOVE snuggies! They’re surprisingly cozy and so warm. I wore one ironically, and then fell in love with it 😂
@chuckanderson ohhh that actually does, thank you! I do think a big part of it is the app I’m using. Switching to a new one may open up new options
@VersoAlto oh that’s good to know! I’ve heard other apps may provide a better experience, I guess it’s time to give one a try. Thanks!

Hello new people! 👋

You can find interesting accounts to follow on Mastodon at https://fedi.directory

It is NOT meant as a list of all accounts, it's just meant as a set of starting points. Once you follow an account on a topic, you will see that account sharing from other similar accounts, and you will discover even more accounts.

See "How to use this site" at https://fedi.directory/how-to-use-this-site to find out how to follow the suggested accounts.

If you want to get listed, see https://fedi.directory/how-to-get-listed

Okay, here’s a difficulty I’m having with this site- I’m trying to follow as many people as possible, but when I look through who the people I’m following are following it says I can’t see followers from other servers?
I’m still not quite grasping the server concept and how to access other ones from the one I’m on 🤔 Can anyone shed light on this??
@willman Dang it, I was afraid of that
@peterfent Aww this is disappointing! I haven’t listened in years but just the mention of this album brings me right back to my childhood
@peterfent also I apologize if I’m just explaining something you already know 😂
@peterfent it’s a portmanteau of motor+hotel. It was originally conceived as being for “motorists” as opposed to hotels which were for people walking in
