I'm going to make a push for Matrix. Element client probably being the best, though there are others which may seem simpler (less featureful).

I know it's not perfect but it's close and could get better with more userbase.

I don't blame them. On the reverse, I as someone in Minnesota, am looking to spend more of my vacation time and money in Canada.

@nathan I've been trying out Racoon for Frieindica. It's ok.

Otherwise I use Firefox on Android and it's great for some many things. Especially things that would otherwise force feed ads. (YouTube)

Matrix would be a better fit in those slots IMHO.
