Remember:
Long voting lines aren't a sign that democracy is working.

It's not fair that Georgians have to jump hurdles just to re-elect a competent and good man.

OTD in 1865, the United States adopted the 13th amendment & nearly abolished slavery. Yes, nearly. The 13th Amendment left open slavery and indentured servitude as punishment for a crime. They don’t teach us this in school, but America never fully abolished slavery. That’s truly horrifying.

Congress must abolish unpaid prison labor & truly abolish slavery and indentured servitude in America. We must uphold justice as the supreme standard in all manners. That is how we form a more perfect Union.

The Turing Test poisoned the minds of generations of AI enthusiasts, because its criteria is producing text that persuades observers it was written by a human.

The result? Generative AI text products designed to "appear real" rather than produce accurate or ethical outputs.

It *should* be obvious why it's problematic to create a piece of software that excels at persuasion without concern for accuracy, honesty or ethics. But apparently it's not.
