Remember to take the time to do self care:

💙 Spend time doing things that make you happy.
💙 Dress comfortably whenever you can.
💙 Eat something nutritious or at least tasty.
💙 Put your underwear on your head.
💙 Refuse to be called anything but "Your Royal Amazingness".
💙 Go for a walk. A long walk. Don't stop walking until you get to Australia. If you're already in Australia, walk backwards until you're no longer in Australia.
💙 Move to the woods. You are now an animal. Walk around on all fours. Eat berries and twigs. This is freedom.
💙 Take deep breaths.
💙 Try meditating.
