Hooked up a 5th battery pack to our #RooftopSolar off-grid system (need a new rack). Now up to 16kWh energy can be stored. Enough to run a 1.5hp non-inverter air conditioner at full blast for 24 hours. ☀️

For a long time, it's hard to not notice that almost all of these private shuttle buses servicing the local industrial park here have been smoke belchers. They do a good service to the workers but is this a disservice to everyone else?
Battery starting to discharge now. Starting out with 3.5 kWh, will see if I could stretch this budget up to 9 am tomorrow.

Build it and, hopefully, they will come. This Shell EV charging station appears to be operational but needs a tap card (it's also listed on Google Maps). The assistance window didn't have anyone or instructions to find help. At the other side is a sign saying the energy for this is offset from green renewables (didn't have time to read details).
