CSS friends, I can't figure this out. I'm trying to get a pseudo element to only go behind multi-line text. Works with single line but creates large empty spaces when it's multi-line. Reference photo is what I'm trying to achieve.

An interesting side effect of using Arc as my main browser is realizing how many web developers build for standard breakpoints rather than full responsiveness. I see layout problems like this constantly.

Little under 24 hours after launch and I've made my first $1k (not freelancing). I get it now.
#buildinpublicI did a fun home project where I got a hundred of these litttle NFC chips and programmed them with directions on how to do things around the house. This one is a reminder how to use our coffee machine with the right water/beans ratio.
