@samaaron We already read a lot of code. My take is that with AI we will be reading more code, even when we are supposed to be writing it, so languages that require less context, more readable and understandable, will be more relevant. And of course, functional languages, are great at that.

I also think static analysis will become even more desired, as they will provide additional safe-guards.
