Consolidation/site-aliases has a feature to allow aliases to use "transports". I think it only supports ssh and docker-compose, but I think that would be the way to go here.

I use fish shell and abbreviations.

ld lando drush
dd ddev drush
gs git status
gd git diff

Or you could alias drush ddev drush.
