I’m firmly Allman but K&R is also acceptable. Haskell has a certain charm but only if you used macros to replace the brackets.

My home server is running NetBSD, for many decades, on different types of hardware. My daily drivers are mac notebooks, and that is exactly because of the builtin BSD level, which I use daily.
