Its amazing how frustrating dealing with huge conglomerates is, where if I could just talk to someone who actually OWNED the situation, it would be fixed in a minute. I know outsourcing and having entire buildings and departments that don't speak to customers is attractive, but just let me speak to the guy/gal whose job it is to actually do the thing I need.
