So question, this one's constantly overwhelmed at work by background noises and customer interactions, to where we're having like, multiple shutdowns / meltdowns per week and are looking for another job.
We have an appointment with vocational rehab next week, but we're also trying to brainstorm and come up with other options.
We do IT and like PC repair now, but don't have much coding experience and are honestly kinda tired of computers, plus all the jobs we see are phone support, which we know from experience is meltdown city...
Does anyone have ideas or leads for less painful work that'd be okay for an autistic queer trans person? This one has enjoyed doing like, library page type stuff and working with organization in the past, but it'd like something more full time and the local libraries tend to be part time only.
Remote work could also be an option, but that's just not something this one's ever done before...
