So: in Trump's world, being against mass domestic surveillance and completely autonomous deadly weapons is something to do with being "Radical Left" and being out of touch with reality.
Truly deranged. He despises anyone with backbone or principles. They don't need anything more than that to merit his vengeance.

This is an incredibly inaccurate statement from BBC News. Those were the ethical terms of sale from Anthropic of their product, and they refused to budge or be bullied into changing them.
Genuinely stunned by how the BBC summarised this. "In what it described as?" Borders on devious misrepresentation.
What a coward Putin makes every Russian look, slinking around administering rare poisons through middlemen. And what a potential Navalny gave every Russian to prove the opposite. I can't remember being so impressed by someone's bravery and defiant humour.
Just to register my complete and total disgust with the recent deranged behaviours Don Trump of Orange Baby has been exhibiting. A truly erratic leader emboldened in power is a thing that requires constant protest, and nothing more, to solve. But it does require it, strongly. People have the power.
Pure sense and integrity, and a reminder of admirable American values. And sickening how blatant Trump’s legal connivings are. Americans need to defend the rights of officials like Powell to stand their ground, or they’ll be completely overrun with sycophants.

Jimmy Lai, the former Hong Kong media mogul and outspoken critic of Beijing, has been convicted in a landmark national security trial in the city’s court. Three government-vetted judges on Monday found Lai, 78, guilty of conspiring with others to collude with foreign forces to endanger national security and conspiracy to publish seditious articles. He pleaded not guilty to all charges. Under Hong Kong’s sweeping national security law, Lai could face up to life imprisonment. A mitigation hearing was set for January. His family said they were saddened but not surprised by the verdict.
