Advised by ChatGPT, she files a new suit against the insurance company and submits 44 more motions, memoranda, etc., which include citations to nonexistent cases.
Now the insurance company has sued OpenAI for tortious interference with their settlement contract.

oh yeah so it turns out that I had a MyFitnessPal account that logged in with Facebook, and since Under Armour doesn't support Facebook auth, that account became inoperable post-acquisition (not even password reset worked)
anyway that's the account that got compromised
