South Gloucestershire cyclist & parent bimbling about on my bike.

Here's something good... My 2015 Giant Revolt had a crack in the weld...three weeks later the lifetime frame warranty has delivered this replacement to me. Sora rather than Claris, 9 speed, flat mount brakes and thru axles. About 2kg lighter than the old bike too!

Can't wait to ride this to work tomorrow 😊

Great to see this improvement after a report I made 14 days - 58seconds earlier. Avon and Somerset are actioning close pass reports within 48 hours at the moment.

Debating the value of police warning letters for bad drivers at the moment.

They're understaffed to process reports within 14 days, which affects the viability of prosecutions.

Many drivers I've reported are seen later having improved their driving and chances are they've only had a warning letter.

After seeing a pair of peregrines swooping around the coast of St Aldhelms head, it was a real treat to see this one sitting on a chalk stack at Old Harry, posing for the camera!
Really pleased with the boat's reflection in this one.
Do yourself & police you submit the report to, a favour: copy the suggested report from here, and amend it to reflect your circumstances & the unique scenario of each close pass.
The NR of drivers prosecuted should rise if you do this.
Share with others, so they can also see a rise in the NR of successful prosecutions.

Making a good Op Snap report
