I just applied some advice for getting bike grease out of clothing that I found on reddit; worked really well. passing on the concoction to the masses:
"Make a paste out of bicarbonate of soda and [dishwashing] liquid. Work it into the stain with an old toothbrush, leave it to sit for 5 minutes, then rinse. Repeat if necessary."
