@aeischeid Hey great to meet you! Climate and urban planning - YES. Our #future has got to be better than what we’ve done so far. I wish I could play a musical instrument but that gene missed me completely. I work with #webdevs and try to keep corporate heat from reaching them :)

A number of people have asked me if I think that governments should run Mastodon instances for citizens. There may be exceptions, but I don't think governments should be in this business, for a variety of reasons.

However, I do think that *Libraries* would be *amazing* hosts for public federated social media communities. Just sayin'.

@adymitruk so often skipped, and it slows everybody down. We’re still human and tend to be afraid we’re the only ones with a dumb question, so just go along. Design diagram gets everyone in the same page and gives the ability to ask questions in context.
