If your friend posted a status on FB saying that their arms were numb and they had chest pains, would you tell them that you loved them and that you were there for them? Next time your friend indicates that they are suicidal don't offer them words of support and comfort, help them! Take them to hospital. Any other actions only reinforces the idea that mental health problems are not REAL health problems.

I just binged on the Paradise Lost films today and then followed that up with a few more hours of reading. The whole thing has only raised more questions than it's answered. I don't know what to believe anymore.
