I'm not gonna post much or ever in this kind of social media but I wanna just say
If you use technology at all or wanna deal with technology addiction I recommend that you read Cal Newport's Digital Minimalism
I learned that being addicted to youtube and social media was kinda crippling my ability to become better at anything, that book really changed my life and the relationship I have with technology
I've started to read Deep Work by the same author and I think it will help me study well too
anyway I'll be disappearing again and maybe forever, goodbye!
