ALSO I cleared out a ton of stuff in my fridge, part two coming tomorrow. I haven't been home much in the past couple of months because my partner was injured and I had a job but now I feel like myself again. Maybe I'll read a comic book tonight too
Okay, so today I went to my therapist, my doctor, and the grocery store. I made my own dinner instead of ordering out or making instant/pre-packaged food and I feel really good about it. I am working through a beer and am planning on going through my laundry and some old mail that is literally piling up in my room. I just wanted a place to say that I'm proud of myself for today. It's not much but it's more than I usually do and I should be ok with it
