Hearken! The bell hath tolled, and the time is near to unravel the mysteries, we learn here. In the shadows lurks a demon dark and vile, whose evil deeds will bring this town to trial. The demon is cunning; its ways shrewd and sly. With every passing day, more innocents die. Will you aid in the
I think we had 21. Split into two groups. A mostly newer group of 9 played some TB. The rest of us played some 10 player BMR games. I ran one and it was just okay. Evil put up a good fight but good won.
I played in the next three. Three evil teams, three evil wins. In the 1st we were at 6 when we slept and town was ready to kill the Shab the next day. I hoped she'd go for tea lady and then grandchild (which would bring us to 3 deaths) so I assassinated the remaining good player. She did!
Ran a game a couple weeks ago where I had to make a judgement call. What would you do?
Tokens went out Empath No Dashii Scarlet Woman. There was a Marionette in the game so it had to be the Empath.
But there was also a Philo in play. Philo immediately chose Empath.
Without the Philo in play I'm obviously giving the Empath a 0 so that he starts out trusting his neighbors. But with the Philo in play I was stumped. Would a 1 actually help evil more here?
What would you have given?
Had such a fun S&V game with @AndrewNathenson as ST. Seamstress Good Twin Cere-locked the entire game as Clockmaker. Never did get to share my Seamstress info but we won anyhow.
Thank you Andrew, and to that Cerenovus, whomever that was. Easily my favorite ever S&V game on the good team.
Probably going to run a game on St Patrick's Day. What characters would you include in a St Paddy's script?
First thing that comes to my mind is Snake Charmer. Then Fortune Teller (with a nod to fortune ~= luck). Any others? For some reason I always picture the Evil Twin pair as redheads but maybe that's just me.
(Probably not Drunk, though, because that just plays into negative stereotypes. )
