Loved hacking on things but hated corporate tech so I left that behind and now help run a natural foods co-op in North Carolina.
I make maps, code, charts, communities, strings of words, compost, & things out of wood. I try not to make CO₂. He/him.
I'm so glad we charged our backup battery and diverted the gutters with extra piping yesterday. It rained more in 24 hours than our poor little 8" rain gauge could handle.
My office is without power and under a boil water advisory, so I worked the morning from one of our stores. It took three tries to get there this morning after the first two hit road closures. Going back by this afternoon, it's now clear why.
Where did all the kale and nasturtiums go?

They're quite content there. Seems to prefer playing dead to running away.
