This is a terrible analogy to use if you're trying to defend Trump.
- Al Capone was the head of a crime syndicate
- Al Capone did a lot of other illegal things that he was never tried for
- Al Capone seemed invincible, but was eventually found guilty and sent to prison
I'm not saying it's not an *accurate* analogy, it's just not a very good one if you don't think Trump is guilty.
