How can I view a list of instances banned from this instance? On Mastodon it was easy/obvious, but I've looked just about everywhere and can't seem to find a list.

Is there a list?

I guess @thatonecalculator knows...

Luckily my electrics bill prevents me from signing up for a VPS to set up my own #fediverse-instance at the moment.

On the other hand, even if I could afford it, with each new piece of information on the various #ActivityPub apps out there, It gets increasingly harder to choose one - even though I'm not techie and just try to take into account factors like UX, UI and purpose(s).

And now it seems like the various apps don't connect to every other app - at least not by default? (For example, Hubzilla connects to diaspora, Friendica, GNU Social, Mastodon and Pleroma, but not Misskey/Calckey?) I thought the whole point of a "fediverse" was that you could talk to every- and anyone, as long as they were on an app that used the ActivityPub protocol?

So what's the actual deal here?

Av många ansedd som en av Mel Brooks bästa filmer. Själv har jag svårt för den (i mitt tycke) oerhört tramsiga humorn. Det blir nån slags buskis av alltihop som förtar det underliggande allvaret i filmen.

Hmm... Seems there's some issue when trying to connect to the #bookrastinating instance from #calckey.
I managed to find my Bookrastinating account (@[email protected]) after some work, but the Calckey-client wouldn't let me follow it, as the follow icon just keeps loading.

Similarly, I can't find my calckey-profile when searching for it on Bookrastinating eiter, so...

Is this a compability problem or something else? Suggestions, anyone?
