Once you have been admitted to a school, ask them for your transfer credit evaluation. This document shows how many of your credits will transfer to the new school, and if they fulfill any university requirements.

This report is not final! You can ask for more credits and classes to transfer! Be prepared to share documentation on the classes you have taken, though.
