Why you do this to me? We have a @cyberduckapp icon perfectly adapted for interface guidelines but you put a box around it. #wwdc25 #macos

- macOS 26
- iOS 26
- watchOS 26
- tvOS 26

This kinda makes sense!

Let's try one more thing: % uname -v

> Darwin Kernel Version 25.0.0

NOOOOOOOOOOO

MindNode was visible in the Shortcuts section of the WWDC Keynote 🎉🥰
Please tell me that they are skipping Darwin 25 so that finally the Darwin and macOS versions match

Alter Schwede! Ich hab eine iPhone App geschrieben, mit der man die wöchentlichen Laufkilometer von Apple Health anzeigen kann.

Was sagt App Review dazu?

".... the app does not appear to include any primary features that require health or fitness data .... please remove any HealthKit functionality from the app ..."

Verwenden die etwa schon Apple Intelligence für App Reviews? Ein Mensch kann doch nicht auf so einen Blödsinn kommen!!!

Trick 4: Change your software so support becomes unnecessary: If you keep getting the same support requests, fix your software to make it easier to use.
Trick 3: Stop responding to annoying customers. Some people are bored, and they either keep asking annoying questions, or send unwanted feedback, etc. Just stop responding. Or wait some time before responding.
Trick 2: Automate Customer Support! The most common request is either invoices or license info for old orders. Create a self service form where people can enter their email address and they get the info they are missing. People hate waiting for tech support, so they'll try to find a way to do it themselves. 90% fewer customer support requests

Here are my tricks to limit customer support:

Trick 1: Automatic Crash Reporting: users are not good at reporting crashes. Explaining how to send a crash report takes so much time. Your software has to send crash reports on its own. When you look through the logs, fix only crashes that happen more than once. You can't fix every crash, but you can fix 90% of crashes by fixing 10% of bugs

Indie Developer Charlie Monroe says he spends 2-3 hours every day doing customer support! https://blog.charliemonroe.net/a-few-words-about-indie-app-business/

I don't see how that is sustainable.
