@oddity a friend recently gave me a bottle of blackcurrant juice*, with the recommendation to dilute it with warm water. Which really made it quite a bit more pleasant compared to cold water.
Do you know another good magnesium source? I can't eat refined sugars, and maple sirup is also not produced locally.
* also 100% fruit. Germans call it "Muttersaft" when it's 100% but you're not supposed to drink it like that. I'm not sure I've seen cranberry, but sea-buckthorn, blackcurrant and pomegranate are widely available here in drugstores and more expensive supermarkets.
