It really irritates me when companies make it next to impossible to contact support online. I understand requests need to be triaged but I am NOT calling in. This is 2023. Who wants to *call* customer service?
La-Z-Boy's "lifetime" warranty is a scam. Sure, parts may be covered, but the labor isn't. $160 per hour? No thanks.
I canβt believe that asshole unbanned that other asshole.
I don't understand how some people can respond to (work) emails without even answering the question you asked them. Do they not read the whole email?
