There and back again - quick trip to NYC. My room was weird. A tassel in the closet that couldn’t be removed without cutting it or dismantling the wardrobe. A tray, eye height, above a counter. No obvious purpose for either. Finally- I was across a narrow street from a Times Square digital billboard. Despite having black out curtains colored lights danced across my ceiling all nice. Felt like Blade Runner.
