The PoS on the left is my brother, Gary Rhoades. He evicted me from his *third* house in 2020 on the literal eve of the pandemic lockdown. He has refused to help his trans autistic sister (me) as I struggle to stay housed and fed. He routinely joked about my conception in front of other people.

But yeah, congrats on his retirement after 16 years of “service” to the city of Santa Monica. The $400k/yr they paid him could have helped so many more-deserving people.
