Nice to see the updated safety numbers in Signal :)
Instead of binding the safety number to phone numbers in addition to the public keys, it binds to the account identifier, unlocking the potential to message folks on Signal without having to know their phone number.
If the accusation is confirmed that MasterClass violated the VPPA, the corporation would be liable for compensating each customer $2,500.
