6 million even in 17 years is a pretty hard number to believe. That's a lot of uploads. That'd be 40 uploads an hour every single hour of every single day. I just don't buy it.
a good option here is to salt them and leave them in the fridge overnight. This will pull excess moisture from the steak and allow for a crispier pan-fry.
