Not doing great at keeping up with these. #funaday #whatsinmybag 14: work immediately followed by load in for tonight’s show. The show went really well, the lineup was beautiful, turnout impressive, people sang along to one of our originals for the first time (I was stunned). It was a good night with good friends and I’m looking forward to sleeping now.

Went to #CABDA yesterday. Learned some bike stuff, but also have just been exhausted this week and slept the whole ride back to the shop. Today is my studio recording class, we’re experimenting with acoustic guitar mic methods today.

#funaday #whatsinmybag 11: Protools class today followed by another dog walk. I’m happy to have the work, but I would have liked another hour in the lab. I spent half of my class pulling and organizing samples for my midterm sound design project and the other half splicing takes together to get one that I’m happy with.

#funaday #whatsinmybag 7: work at the bike shop, hopefully followed by a nap, and then an Irish trans film festival at facets with some friends. I’m mostly carrying snacks today.

#funaday #whatsinmybag 6: transfer advising meeting, studio engineering class, followed by band practice. I really love that this is what I get to wake up and study and do most days and I really wish there wasn’t a government threatening to pull this life out from under me on a daily basis.
