All: I am still looking for fulltime work as an SEO, concentration is in technical SEO. I am in the Boston area and willing to commute within the city and of course work remotely. Please, keep me in mind as it is a brutal scene right now.

@brodieclark i'm reading it as having disparity in the info offered in SD and page content could affect rankings but having spam in SD can result in a manual action; one's worse than the other. but then if you look at https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9044175?hl=en#zippy=%2Cstructured-data-issue it describes how an info disparity can even result in a manual action too!

can we get a googler to chime here maybe? @johnmu

@johnmu @rustybrick @dannysullivan oh i know. but it's nice to see an explicit list of schema.org properties that are valid for use with a g product.
@brodieclark i think what they're talking about is when you include info in the structured data that does appear in the content
