The problem was the there was a translucent pixel at the end of the row we were doing a second djnz when b was 0, which as any fule knos would run the loop another 255 times.

So the LDtk2Bin script works and I’ve written an equally quick and dirty display routine for it

No, I don’t know why it’s flashing either. Just learn to live with it, I have 8pixel sprites means there’s a lot of screen to fill Tiles from here: https://bee-m.itch.io/8x8-and-16x16-platformer-tileset-scarf-heroes redrawn for a #SamCoupe colour palette

Nabbed some sprites from itch.io - ported them to a 16 colour Sam Coupé palette and added sprite sheet support to my Image2Bin python script. Seems to work ok
