I use 2 media folders, one for "new" media and one for existing media. Only the "new" media folder is R/W. Once it's metadata files are written out the media is moved to the existing media folder (which is mounted R-only).
I find it unlikely the people losing their money care about your excuses.
I only went to an OK school because I lived in Oklahoma.

That, at least to me, is not a rationale for deciding whether something is applicable to the Tenth Amendment.
If there aren't relays, then there is a reason there aren't relays.
If you feel strongly that you're right about this, then perhaps you should invest in standing up a public relay to prove your point.

It doesn't matter what policies Democratic politicians run on, what matters is what people believe they stand for.
And the Congressman whose advertisement Jon Stewart called "weird" won his election... so dismissing this whole line of discussion based on a straw-man seems very counter productive.
