@hankg Hey Hank: I do 8 days of fasting (almost) every year. I do drink tea in the morning though and drink buttermilk or tea for lunch and dinner. On the 9the day I can hardly eat anything and @ohmrun said, I have too much trouble digesting. It takes me few days of gradual increase to get back to routine. On an average, I have lost between 6 to 10 pounds.

@michellepostoncombs Lol good point. Although, in their defense, if your account saves your credit card or bank account information for auto payment then that could be stolen. Although these numbers should be masked. Some utility Companies also require SSN or othe PII which could be attractive to hackers. Bottom line- it all depends on the type of information they have about you. On the other hand, some website has standard algorithm running in the background to check the password strength - regardless what info the account has. Hope this helps!!
