Funding for disaster recovery should be handled through government, to insure that it is done properly and fairly.
I note for example that the Red Cross have come under scrutiny recently for giving minimal aid though they had received huge sums in donations.

FurbyOnSteroidsI feel like if a company denies #homeoffice for a job that is doable just as well from home they should have to pay for the traveling costs at a 100% rate. Watch how home office would suddenly be possible again.
