Genuine question: Why is EVO still held in Vegas? It's decidedly not a regional major and the city just gets worse every year.

Texas' Magic system is really interesting. I really like the decision making it forces you to do.

You really wanna land the followups from 5D and 2D, as they reward you with a stagger and a restand respetively. But both add a shitton of JD (>50%), so you'll have to tag them raw or they can techroll out.

So you're incentivised to build Bullseye stocks through your combos and spend them later. Your 2A2BB starter builds just enough JD to guarantee a 2D Bullseye and still grant a hard knockdown. But the opponent wakes up with their JD almost maxed out. So it's probably better not to cash out right away. Bullseye 2D looks like it gives you a nasty safejump at least.

I love systems that don't just solve themselves with a well-optimized combo and Bullseye looks very promising so far.
