We spent the weekend at a Con near Norwich. Before heading home we went east to the coast to see some seals....
The sky camera on the north end of the house caught this view of predominantly green auroral activity earlier:
Not the clearest views of tonight's auroral display, and the phone's camera struggles, but the red and green colour was detectable by eye.
It seems FTTP has finally reached this corner of the country, and a little bit of research suggested that a change in ISP would be worth considering. I spent the weekend trying to track down the last few places where my email contact is via my present ISP. I think I've changed them all now. I figure they know their potential customer base, because my new ISP sent me a welcome pack over the weekend, and it has this cute critter on the front cover.
About four hundred #Perseids and a few other meteors caught by a couple of #GlobalMeteorNetwork cameras I have mounted on the sides of my house. Polaris is near the centre of the image. The Moon (obscured during processing) is at 3 o'clock.
It's play time...

Snowing again this morning...

Also, this temperature and humidity graph looks quite erratic until you notice the scale on the left and realise...

Peak snow was just after noon. Expecting it to be gone by the morning unless the night gets cold...
It's been this sort of a day...
These from my skycam at home.
