What the Insurrection Act allows him to do is deploy the US military, to conduct policing activities in the streets. That's it. That's what we're talking about here. It's right in the Act that they are required to still respect your Constitutional Rights. He doesn't get to shout "insurrection act" and then do Hitler stuff LEGALLY.

So the question really is, how fucking fascist is the US military; enough to do illegal Hitler crimes for Trump on US citizens? Cause Pete Hegseth said so?
