Anyone else having issues with Twitter today? I can't use it on my phone or laptop. As for exceeding my limit - it's not even 9.00am!

Lepidopterists - I saw what looked like a very small monarch buttterfly, but two wings were horizontal, two were vertical. Any thoughts as to what it was?
