NTSB issues final report on Flight 5342

Lot of action on helicopter safety in the NCR yesterday, House and Senate passed NDAA $900B Pentagon Budget that included controversial section 373. This allowed military to continue to ignore ADS-B requirements, it was openly opposed by NTSB as it went against their recommendation post-flight 5342.
Then the bipartisan ROTOR Act passed through Senate via unanimous consent, this would effectively close the loophole for military ADS-B obfuscation in urban areas. Next stop: The House of Representatives.
