Am I the problem?

I got my first job at 17, and it didn't take long to realize that interacting with people—especially customers—wasn't as simple as I'd thought.

When I was little, growing up in New Hampshire, I’d wake up and run straight to the window to see if it had snowed overnight. That excitement never really went away. Even now, whenever it snows, I still feel that same rush—like something special just happened.
