Throughout my career, I learned that clear communication isn't always welcome. Had to realize that work isn't just about following rules—it's about navigating the grays of human interaction. Sometimes adapting is necessary, but maybe the system needs to change too.

When I was little, growing up in New Hampshire, I’d wake up and run straight to the window to see if it had snowed overnight. That excitement never really went away. Even now, whenever it snows, I still feel that same rush—like something special just happened.
