I'm just a nobody who's been lurking here for a few days. It isn't for me; that's fine. But one thing I'm certain of: if there's a migration from Twitter here, Mastodon is absolutely unprepared to deal with the astroturfing and bad actors that will flood the place.

@kingrat And since the tone police is very strong on Mastodon, the people who do recognize these schemes will often get suspended when they try to raise the alarm. I've seen that show enough.
