@LucasWerkmeister in the UDP protocol, packets are pushed without a preestablished connections and does not guarantee the delivery to the remote destination. It is subject to unreliability of the network and the packets might never arrive.
The joke is that it the sentence does not end, cause the packets the remaining of the sentence got lost due to the protocol inherent lack of reliability. ;)

@teidesu then how do you deal with daylight saving time? (you have missed CDT, PDT, MST/MDT etc). Cause having a meeting at noon utc+1 might be confusing when saving time kicks in at different time across the world!
Fun twist: some US states have two timezone, some have counties with DST and those without (ex: Arizona).
