I've had so many issues with the standard SwiftUI drag-n-drop API, had to re-implement the whole thing from scratch. Still not ideal but at least now I have control over the experience and can iterate.

New app, new analytics setup.

Still rolling my own, self-hosted solution, ClickHouse for data, Grafana for visualizations, my custom iOS client, and a thing Node.js proxy.

The whole thing took a single evening to configure, costs $0 to run (already have a server with other stuff) and the flexibility is crazy. Love it so far.
