I have realized that I consistently learn far more from my failures than I do my successes and I am disappointed with myself that I haven't written a LinkedIn post about this yet
Last week the MobyFly team took advantage of the wonderful winter weather and completed another successful test of the MBFY10 on the glassy waters of Lake Geneva. The way the boat "flies" effortlessly above the surface of the water belies the hard work sophisticated technology have gone into the development of this first prototype. There's still a lot of work to do, but this is a significant milestone and a huge nevertheless. BTW, for scale, this boat is 32 feet long!

After seven years at the company, Friday January 20th was my last day at Vox Media. It was the end of a wild ride. During my time I got to work with some truly outstanding humans who taught me so much more than I could ever teach. It was extremely tough to have to say goodbye and I am missing interacting with so many great people on a daily basis.
