@opinionsandviews apparently the doj feels like the regs leave them no choice. biden says he is running for reelection, trump says he's running too. regs call for special council if there is a perceived conflict of interest. of course you could argue there already was one since trump gave gorsuch garlands scotus seat but 🤷♂️. they should have indicted the moment they got the classified docs back imo
