@whitequark I was curious, how is the microscope's performance when zoomed out? I know it's not the intended use case, but I've been looking at those AliExpress "camera on a poseable arm" style microscopes for a while and always wondered if you could position them far enough away to take full-board macro photos 🤔 I feel like smartphone cameras are kinda okay (I took the attached pic with a Pixel 10), but leave a lot to be desired in terms of detail, especially if they randomly switch from the macro lens to the normal one. I've been looking for a better solution....
